Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction Welcome to XtremeCraftLandscaping. By engaging our landscaping services, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which outline the expectations and obligations of both parties. These terms ensure a clear and professional relationship. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Bookings and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Prices are quoted in GBP and may be inclusive or exclusive of VAT as specified.

  • A structured payment plan applies: 50% is due at the start of the job, with the remaining 50% payable upon completion.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service at our discretion.

3. Service Provision

  • Estimated timelines are provided as guidance but may be subject to delays due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customers must ensure access to the property at the agreed times to prevent work disruptions.

  • Any additional work requested beyond the agreed scope will incur extra charges.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Customers may cancel their booking up to 7 days before the scheduled service for a full refund of any deposit paid.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days may result in a partial refund or forfeiture of the deposit.

  • Once work has commenced, refunds will not be provided.

5. Liability and Warranty

  • We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

  • Any issues related to workmanship must be reported within 14 days of project completion for assessment and potential rectification.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service in question.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must obtain any necessary permissions or approvals (e.g., planning permission) before work begins.

  • Any underground utilities, pipes, or cables must be disclosed before work commences. We are not responsible for damages to undisclosed utilities.

  • The work area should be clear of obstructions unless otherwise agreed.

  • Customers must provide access to a toilet for the duration of the project.

7. Waste Removal and Site Conditions

  • Standard services do not include waste disposal or site clearance unless explicitly stated in the agreement.

  • Additional charges may apply for the removal of waste, including excess soil, debris, or other materials.

8. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.

9. Amendments to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with changes taking immediate effect upon notification.
